The Mozart Development will consist of one five story and two six story buildings. There will be 450,000 square feet of office space and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The development will be situated over a four-level, 1,600 car underground parking garage.

Location: The development is on Mathilda Avenue and wraps around the corner onto Evelyn Ave.

The City Plaza will be a 1.6 acre Public Plaza- a vibrant focal point showcasing various activities and performances. The plaza will link other portions of the downtown including Murphy Avenue, the town center and Caltrain station.
Location: Adjacent to the Mozart building on the corner of Frances and Evelyn avenues.

There is not currently a graphic for the City Plaza.

The Sunnyvale Multi-Modal Transit Station (CalTrain) redevelopment plans include a new 400-car parking structure, new station building, improved bus and shuttle drop-off facilities, expanded kiss-n-ride areas, enhanced pedestrian/bicycle access, added passenger amenities.
Location: On the North side of Evelyn Ave across the street from the Mozart Development.

The Villa Del Sol Apartment Complex will include 124 Mediterranean style apartment units, partially below-grade covered parking, a separate recreation and leasing office building and private usable open space areas.
Location: On the north-east corner of Evelyn and Sunnyvale Avenues.

The Town Center Mall recently opened a multi-level parking structure at Sunnyvale and Iowa Avenues. Parking is free.

The Mall contruction is currently on hold.
